Free with no account and no use limit: set the room in feet or metres, drag rounds, banquet tables, a head table, stage, dance floor, bar, buffet, and doors, see aisles under 60 in or 1.5 m turn red, seat up to 400 guests from a pasted or CSV list with groups and keep-apart, read an A to Z find-your-seat list, and download a floor-plan PNG, a basic seating CSV, and a local .seatingplan.json file.
What the pass unlocks
- Tent place cards: Letter and A4 PDF, 3.5 by 4 inch cards, up to 1,000 guests, with a meal mark and a centered fold.
- Venue blueprint: A3, Tabloid, and Letter PDF, plus SVG and DXF, and a table-by-table meal matrix.
- Welcome poster: 24×36, 18×24, and A1, alphabetical and by table, with 0.125 inch or 3 mm bleed.
The room planner, the aisle check, and the PNG stay free. The three prices differ only by how long those files stay unlocked.
